Core Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in the recruitment and selection process
  • Preparing all the administrative letters
  • Handling employee database
  • Knowledge in leaves and attendance management
  • Knowledge of handling the payroll preparation (using the HRMS & Payroll software)
  • Handling statutory details
  • Handling all the queries of the employees

Specific Activities:

  • Recruitment: will be involved in posting job ads on websites, scanning responses and sending those applications to the corresponding department heads for preliminary round interview; maintaining the records of applicants and scheduling the final round Interview
  • Induction Formalities: From issuing and preparing offer letters for selected candidates to coordinating the joining formalities in process including collection of all the necessary documents (relevant certificates, forms, joining report, bank details, etc. from new employees) formal and personal introduction to staff and posting mails on their appointment, familiarizing the new joinee about the policies and procedure, preparing the ID cards and other administrative activities, importing employee data to the HRMS system
  • Leave Management: Updating employee leave in the HRMS System and ESS Portal and keeping track of the leave status of the each staff on a day-to-day basis and providing information to the employee’s queries related to leave records of each individual; also checking the monthly attendance and leave balance of each employee
  • Pay Roll: will be responsible to  import new employee details to the HRMS, deductions entry, incentive entry and updating the IT deductions, preparation of salary statements and sending it to the finance department
  • Exit Management: Preparing experience and relieving letters, other clearance formalities, coordinating the PF withdrawal of the employee
  • Prepare Monthly Statements: Salary Statement, Incentive Statement, PF statement, ESI Statements, PT Statements and TDS Statements
  • Deductions Statements to the Accounts Department: ESI, PF, TDS, Hostel & Dietary & TDS statements, registration submission and online filling of the ESI deduction & PF, preparing monthly deduction

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and pleasing personality
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel ,PowerPoint and Internet
