Formative research for strengthening comprehensive primary health care in Mysore city

Administrative Assistant – Epidemiology Cost Centre

Position Starting: 01st February 2022

No. of Vacancy: One

Salary: Rs. 18,000/-pm

Duration: Initial period 6 months, extension possible up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.

Preferred Qualifications: PUC/Any Graduate

Last Day for Receiving Application: 24th January, 2022

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • General office administration responsibilities
  • Basic project accounts book keeping and financial reporting
  • Assisting with organizing online and face to face courses
  • Data entry operator role for research projects
  • Providing administrative support to the senior staff & oversee the day to day administrative activities of office (Sending standard letters/e-mail arranging travel, hotel accommodation &  other logistics)
  • Maintaining project documents & safeguard of assets
  • Assisting with online & other training courses
  • Assisting with project finances & Maintenance of records in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain purchase order system; issue cheques  for all accounts due
  • Verify ledgers & prepare quarterly reports and assist with audits
  • Handling of petty cash and office advances as and when necessary
  • Collecting covid data on daily basis from covid emergency
