Roles and Responsibilities:
- Curate nutrition–gene interactions relevant to the project.
- Perform variant annotation, polygenic risk score development, and pathway analysis of nutrigenetic data
- Collaborate with project coordinators, nutrition scientists and AI developers to integrate genetic findings with existing dietary and clinical recommendations.
- Interpret genetic results in the context of nutrient metabolism, deficiencies, and diet-related diseases.
- Contribute to the development of a population-specific nutrigenetic knowledge base.
- Assist in preparing research publications, reports, and grant deliverables.
- Coordinate with bioinformatics/statistics teams for data management, quality control, and advanced analyses.
