The second PRIIIA-ICMR collaborative Grantathon was held from August 8th to 11th, 2022. After extensive mentoring 10 projects with 18 researchers were funded. The TCU objective- through mentors and research staff- is to supervise and support all these projects, enhance the outcome, and train the mentors and PIs. TCU will assist and guide these investigators throughout their project implementation and completion. TCU will also act as a bridge between PIs, mentors, co-mentors and ICMR to facilitate research processes.

Second class post-graduate degree including integrated PG degrees with PhD in a mental health-related field with adequate research experience/ or MPH /MBBS with research experience or postgraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
Experience: Both freshers and experienced may apply, preference for those with experience and publication record.

Language: Proficiency in English and experience in writing research papers. Publication records are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
She/he will assist Prof. Deshpande in day-to-day work, coordinate with all PIs and their mentors, supervise the accuracy and completeness of data entry at all sites, and oversee project fidelity, validity, and implementation of the Grantathon 2 and other projects. She/he will supervise all the awarded projects and ensure that there is no protocol violation, that all data is collected according to the proposed design and that other administrative and ethical standards are maintained. She/he will assist in data management, supervising data cleaning, data management and analyses, facilitating data collection and tool procurement, supervising and facilitating its improvement with ICMR, connecting with ICMR and other regulatory agencies for project-related issues and facilitating smooth disbursement of funds and SOP-related matters.
She/he will also assist Prof. Deshpande in analyzing clinical and Omics datasets using computational and statistical methods. She/he will supervise data management activities, including cleaning, validation, and secure storage of large-scale datasets and support integration of clinical and Omics data for downstream analyses. He/she will contribute to development and improvement of analytical pipelines, in collaboration with ICMR and project teams. She/he will provide technical support in handling data visualization, report generation, and interpretation of results.
