We have been conducting various training programs in Health Research Methods for physicians and researchers from various backgrounds. We started with a NIH grant in 2009 for 5 years, and continued thereafter.
In the last 12 years we have trained over 1,686 health professionals including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, ethics committee members, industry professionals, post graduate students, study coordinators, regulatory officials and health policy makers from India and abroad.
This year we are also conducting a short course exclusively on RCT. This course will provide the participants a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of designing, conducting and management of different types of RCTs.
Due to the COVID pandemic, the course will be fully online. ALL SESSIONS ARE LIVE and not pre-recorded with ample scope and time for interaction with faculty as well as small group sessions. We will have 4 journal clubs on different RCT designs. We will also have 4 project presentations that will be developed by participants and presented to all with feedback from peers and a panel of faculty.
The course book with important scientific papers will be sent to the registered participants.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course.
CME credits are awarded to the eligible candidates.
