Quality food production, distribution and consumption in Bihar

The primary research question of the study is: “How can local diets be improved such that nutritious foods are available, accessible and affordable all year around?” The focus would be on high quality foods- milk, egg, meat (chicken), pulses (split red gram) and green leafy vegetables in the state of Bihar, which is one of the high burden states of India in terms of prevalence of malnutrition.
