Brief Description about the Project

a) To explore the association of long-term ambient air pollution (PM2.5) exposure and anaemia among WRA in India, and its moderation by fruit and vegetable intake, using secondary data.

b) To Prospectively study the effect modification by antioxidant and anti-inflammatory nutrients in the association between long-term ambient air pollution (PM 2.5) exposure and anaemia among adolescent girls aged 18-25 years.

Field Assistant

Preferred Qualifications: Any graduate degree with experience in field work in community

Experience: 0-1 year

Language: English and Kannada

Salary: Rs.20,000/- per month

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect accurate field data through surveys, observations, and interviews.
  2. Support the implementation of project activities on-site.
  3. Engage with local stakeholders and maintain community relationships.
