Brief Description about the Project

This study underline work in maternal and child health involving pregnant mothers, infants and school children, particularly addressing the nutrition during pregnancy and body composition in infants and school children.

Preferred Qualifications: MSc Nutrition / Life Sciences / Public Health / Biochemistry

Experience: 1-2 years of experience

Age Limit: 35 Years

Language: English, Kannada, Tamil (optional) , Hindi (optional)

Salary: Rs.36,400/-per month

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for overall activities of the research project at SJRI as well as at the different field site.
• Perform routine newborn assessments, including Anthropometry and evaluation of feeding patterns.
• Educate Parents and caregivers on the introduction of complementary feeding starting at six months.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting maternal recovery and infant health progress.
• Follow-up of the children at schools · Monitor Interventions, compliance, record morbidity, physical activities and diet.
• Data collation, analysis and interpretation
