I’m happy to announce this year’s Professor Prakash Shetty Public Lecture will be delivered by Smt. Uma Mahadevan, the Additional Chief Secretary Government of Karnataka, who is also an excellent writer and erudite speaker, deliver this year's lecture.
It is that time of the year again when we remember our dear Professor Prakash Shetty, who apart from his accomplishments in the fields of human physiology and nutrition, was a polymath and an ardent supporter of the humanities in health and medical education. In his memory, we have a public lecture on 4th September 2025.
